commerce mid limits

so i'm pretty sure i'm moving back to LA (lived there about 5 years ago)to play 40-80 to 100 200 LHE. my boyfriend plays smaller than me, and i'm wondering for his sake what the best smallish/mid stakes games are there. he plays both limit and NL HE. is limit generally better than nl or vice versa? any input is appreciated. thanks.

Why commerce? For small stakes, $3-$6, $6-$12, and even $15-$30 games at the Hustler are amazing. On Thurs-Fri-Sat-Sun, the place is infested with asian moms that blame the dealer for not winning the hand with AK when the board is 5678T with 4 players at the river.

if it must be commerce tell him to play nl - start at the 5-10 capped game then go play 10-20 when he's ready.

if it can be anywhere in la, tell him to go play the 5-10 uncapped at hollywood park.

Limit games = bike and hustler (the real crazy's at commerce are playing much higher)

NL = $200 max buy-in at the bike is cool, $400 max at HP and the commerce suck (structure) but are good (i.e. bad players)
