Default Tough spot with AQs

Hand from a live R/A MTT at my local B&M - $60 buy-in (t500), $20R (t500), $20A (t1000). As with most rebuys, this is a real lagfest with most at my table having done triple rebuys, myself included.

We're at the 6th level, right before the second break. Blinds are 150/300, no antes.

Relevant stacks
UTG ~t8000
UTG +1 (Hero) ~t8500

UTG has shown down a wide range of hands, pushing 22 in EP (and winning) and pushing AA in LP (and losing). I have mixed it up also but have mostly shown down good hands after the rebuys have ended.

Dealt to Hero A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG raises to t900, Hero calls t900, 8 folds.

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (Pot = t2250, 2 players)

UTG bets t1800, Hero calls t1800.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (Pot = t5850, 2 players)

UTG bets t5300 (all-in), Hero....?

I'd appreciate comments on the smooth call, both PF and Flop.? Anybody reraise this? Anybody fold this?

If the push with 22 in EP was during the rebuy period then you basically have no read on this guy. I'm fine with the calls PF and on the flop. Against most opponents, I think the turn is a fold.

Why? What hands do you put UTG on and what's our equity?

Yeah, it's a call, no need to over think it. Your opponent could try to represent a J, could be betting A10 because he can't get away from it + he wants to get full pot (instead of half), factor in a couple of pairs. Against AK you have outs, against JK you have outs, so you're rarely drawing dead. Go for it.

If he's playing loose, lots of Ax hands. Besides, we have the nut flush draw! Unless he's already boated up we should have 11 outs even when behind.
