I end up with 750 and commited a very large amount of my stack to the pot. Should I bet lesse on the flop? I think PFR and C-Bet is standard here?

I like a shove preflop
As played, I make it t350 pre
I check behind on the flop and bet t500 on the turn if he checks again
As played check/fold turn and river

We are not deep enough to play JJ for set in a multiway pot.

I would be more inclined to push if we had < 15BB. Your Pre Flop raise was too big. Raise to t350 is enough.

You will then have a pot of t850 on the flop. c-bet ~t450-t475.

You also do not need to c-bet 2/3 the pot here. AMT has a theory about putting in c-bets of weird amounts somewhere around 60% of the pot. In your case t525-t550 would have got the job done as well. It works just as well if not better them a big c-bet.

Mortimo's line of check behind the flop is also a good option.
