FTOPS (6-max) AJo in SB
Looking back on this hand I really hate to call his 3-bet out of position preflop...is a 4-bet here a good idea?

Re: FTOPS AJo in SB
It's folded to you in the SB? AJ is a good hand to raise it. I'd probably do 180 preflop. When he bets 340, it no longer becomes a problem of if you should play or not, but what are the pot odds?
You have to call 140 into a pot of 540 for about 3.8:1. I think those are good to call. I don't know if I like the flop lead bet. He is saying he has a good hand, so he's not folding anything unless there is an Ace on the flop. Since there wasn't, I'd be cautious and be careful what you do. As played, he called the flop. I think the turn is good. |
