pokertracker help
so i'm having trouble getting the ring-game stats to open, but the HH importing seems to be working ok (and i can make graphs in pokergrapher with accurate results). If i uninstall and reinstall PT, will I lose my database?
Anyone have any better suggestions?

Make sure all of the filters are turned off and the site you are playing on is checked. This was happening to me and I found I did not have the site checked.

Have you had ptracker for decent amount of time and never compressed database? usually when Database gets big it seems to freeze but it is actually loading. Note: Can take a long time to load 30 minutes- Hour. Id email ptracker support though if this is not the case

If you haven't compacted your database in a long time, it is a good idea to do so as justin suggested.
If you are still having problems, I would e-mail PT support or check out their FAQ's and help sections on their message boards. A lot of bugs and problems have been addressed there.
