Default AA vs Funkiiii in 100r

This is from the rebuy period of yesterdays 100r. Neither myself nor funkii go nuts at all during the rebuy pd, so i would consider this a pretty normal tournament spot.

I open AA in EP to 90 at 15/30. Rabscuttle calls behind me, random calls on button, funkii calls in the sb, bb folds.

Flop is 25Jr, checked to me i bet 300 into 390, folds around to funkii who calls.

Turn is a 7 putting up 2 spades. Funkii checks and I check behind.

River is the Ten of spades. Funkii checks, I bet 730, and fold when he shoves for 2600.

Little brief info-- I talk to funkii a ton about poker and we know one anothers game very well. We both respect eachother quite a bit. On the river I think my decision is super close- but in the past funkii is up a lot of tourney chips on me from me being a station against him- so I dont think I can expect him to really be bluffing all that often against me.

Thoughts?

Explain to us why you checked behind on the turn... one of the best cards in the deck that could fall

Looks pretty standard to me. I'm not sure what he would call on the flop and end up bluffing on the river.

Given that I raised ep, then bet into 4 players when ppl are generally really LAG at this stage, if I bet the turn my line would look super strong and funkii would be able to fold a HUGE % of his range from the flop. His range at this point includes a ton on middle pairs and KJ AJ QJ JT J9 J9s etc, not to mention sets occasionally if he is playing that way. There is nothing really wrong w/ keeping the pot under control here.

I don't really know why you checked through on the turn either. What's he have here, 2 high spades? Something that includes the J of spades (you didn't tell us which on the flop was a spade)?

I kinda hate the turn check, though

So you only two barrel bluffs or you never two barrel against thinking regs?

Ansky-

I really don't like the turn check. Even if you play non-maniacal during the rebuy period, you're still generally aggro. It's not like betting the turn nails down your range to QQ+. I'm sure you've double-barrelled here before with air, especially during a rebuy period, and I'm sure Funkii knows that. Also, I doubt Funkii is really ever folding AJ to a standard turn bet from you.
