Without a read, I think you should fold the river.

I don't see what "missed draw" he might be bluffing with.

I don't see him taking this line to the river with KQ/KJ/KT/QQ/JJ/TT. He either has total air and is playing you for weak tight, or he has you beaten.

Without a history with villain or some other player-specific read, then TPTK is no good and you should fold at the river.
