$11 180 man Bubbling issues
Alright I am having bubbling issues once again and it sucks. I usually run these in series of 10's and my first five I finish 22nd, 24th, 3rd (ghey), 31st, 34th. I am obv playing goot early and middle levels of the tourney but when its near the bubble i think I just suck and I seriously do not know how to play. I have played both tight, and agressive styles near the bubble and pretty much have the same result in busting. got a couple bust hands and just tell me if these plays are dumb. also looking for some 180 player who have tips near the bubble and if pokertracker will help with bubble play. sorry i didnt convert these just trying to post this real quick before i leave. thanks

Re: $11 180 man Bubbling issues
Hand 1, i wait for a better spot, Peoples ranges are going to be pretty wide with because they would think you are pushing wide. Any time they call you with A4 you are at best a slight favorite if they are not paired, they have two "in betweeners" as i call them and are not huge dogs. I would wait for a better spot.
Hand 2... i'm not sure what to think.. I don't hate that flop but i don't love it either... When he goes all in, i know you really can't fold, the problem is on this flop/hand you only get action from the flopped flush, a better king and/or a better flush draw. Maybe a worse king.... Again not sure what line to take here, maybe folding preflop might have avoided this or pushing preflop might have gotten pushed out the BB, see what others say here. Hand 3 i might push preflop, if you push and he folds you still pick up almost 2000 in blinds and antes. Another argument is this, when you raise to 2250 you are almost committing yourself to the pot anyway since post flop you will only have a 3/4 Pot Size bet left anyway offering villian 2-1. Maybe fold on turn as played with no King of hearts anyway. |
