Default 50nl AQ needs a better line

after 25 hands, utg seems to be a loose calling station, btn seems to be a good player.

Hero ($66.45)
UTG ($30.80)

Button ($103.10)
SB ($99.45)

UTG calls $0.50, 2 folds, Button raises to $2.5, 1 fold, Hero raises to $7.5, UTG folds, Button calls $5.

Flop: ($15.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $10, Button calls $10.

I'm not too sure about 3betting pf agains what you class as a good player, but it's ok.

Betting flop was good, but when he calls and bets out on the turn you have to fold it.

Easy fold. I also am not thrilled about the 3-bet vs. what you call a good player.

3 betting a "good" player with AQ is fine...A good player will be iso raising a weak limper with a very wide range from the button and AQ figure to be ahead...Villain 3 bet calling range will be much narrower...

The flop bet is fine..Turn fold is standard...

i think you played it fine. 3betting here is def the way to go. If he's decent he has a very wide range that you're crushing with AQ.
