Default ub 200k: I float

UB 200k.

blinds 50/100

I have 4470 in the CO.
BB has 7170.

I have T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and open to 300.

BB calls.

flop is

8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

BB checks. Usually I cbet this flop, but decided to check this time.

turn 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

bb bets 350 and I call.

My plan is to bet 900 into 1350 pot on the river if he checks and it's any of the following cards. AKQJT9 or a heart.

Thoughts?

I like it, the board is fine for floating and bluffing the river with multiple credible cards to come. Your line looks perfectly credible as a draw as well. I assume you have no read/villain isn't a calling station.

looks like ur drawing to about half the deck, also the cards that improve your hand are more likely to improve his hand to something he'll call with and lose than the ones ur gonna bluff at imo. possibly slightly spewy because i don't think most unknowns fire as a bluff here all that often on the turn but those who do might follow up river. the best part about it is he's going to have a hell of a time calling with a small pair on those rivers.

Do we know anything about this unknown? Numbers at all?

Unless villain seems very passive i think i like it, if he seems like that kind of villain who sees a bit of weakness and takes one shot. I think before i tried something like this i'd want a little more information on villain or perhaps history with him.

No, I'm not a HUDbot for MTTs. All we know is he didn't pot it, which is what everyone does on UB when they have something decent. I thought he was just taking a shot at the pot with a small pair, maybe a 7.

I don't either... You really think it's that -EV? Even for lower buy-ins?

Your plan depends on too many things, most prominently him checking the river. I'd much prefer you to just raise the turn if you are going to play it this way representing a flopped set or AA. As played, I'm not sure what to think your line represents. And when that happens, people tend to call.

Hell yea. Once you go try it, you wonder how you ever multi tabled without it.

People always call if I check/flop and raise a turn bet.

I'm hoping to represent AK/AQ on river if an AKQ hits. If a JT9 hit I have a real hand. If a heart hits, I'm representing a flush - I think this is the shakiest part since he has to believe I'd check a flush draw on the flop.
