On flop u are called only by better hands. I prefer checking and calling, unless villian is capable of multiple streets bluffs.

i almost always c-bet in situations like this. You're the one who said he has the big hand, so bet. If you dont, you might very well get bluffed off the best hand much more often than you get any value from worst hands. I like your bet size, it should be enough to get it done.
