Default $6.50: AQ early vs pf raiser

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO (t1440)
Button (t1280)
SB (t2060)
BB (t1500)
UTG (t1500)
UTG+1 (t1220)
MP1 (t1500)
MP2 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP2 raises to t80, Hero calls t80, 4 folds.

Flop: (t190) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets t120.

No reads yet. I'm curious about both streets. pf I can see a case being made for 3-betting, but the 4x raise makes me shy away from it. Flop seems like a way ahead/way behind situation that might warrant a check in hindsight. Thoughts?

edit: wrong buyin in title
