Default NL100: AK minraiseaments

villain is 16/13/2.13 over 159 hands, i have a note on him that says min cr the flop w/ underpair

should i push this or can i put him on AA and fold this?
i called and folded the flop.

the note says to me that the guy might be an ex-limit player who has trouble figuring out sizes...this makes it difficult to find out whats running through his head on this hand...hes UTG but its only 5 handed so that doesnt matter too much...i wouldnt hate flat calling the $4 in position...as played you could call and figure him for 22-QQ and see how he reacts to an ace or king hitting...i have no problem with a fold here though....its close

I know every time I try to convince myself that an UTG raiser, with the stats you stated, could be doing this w/QQ and JJ and I push, I always get shown KK or AA. The fact that this an UTG raise and that he made such a small 4 bet OOP, I would just fold preflop.
