Default Need a good routine for the summer

If you read my other post about a routine I found then you can see what my current heigh/weigh/goal is. Anyways, what is a good routine for someone that can easily go to the gym at least 5 days a week (time isn't really a factor I have a lot of free time).

These two might not be ideal for your purposes but you should know about them:
Rippetoe Starting Strength - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224
Bill Starr 5x5 - http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...Linear_5x5.htm

They should probably be added to the faq since they get linked to so often here.

Default PSA

PSA:

If you want to look good for the summer, you will most likely need to start working out in December.

There are no quick fixes.
