Found routine.. any opinions?
Sorry if this has been posted before.
http://www.oo-rah.com/Store/pt/pt1011.asp It suggests a 5-day workout routine. My goal is to bulk up ( I started lifting for the first time in September I was 6'4" and 162lbs.) I am now 6'4" and 189lbs and still trying to bulk up and have a muscular look. Is this a legit routine? I use to do chest arms and shoulders one day and my other day would be legs at back. I worked out 5 days a week before. |

i would search for training articles on t-nation or anabolicminds.com, that one looks pretty lame. just my opinion, but the leg and chest workouts dont appear to be very well planned

any plan that doesnt set a specific set/rep range is not a good plan...and i doubt you will find many people that think doing flat bench, incline bench, dumbell bench, and flies in one workout is worthwhile..
