Default FTP withdrawal voided

I made a succesfull deposit of 50$ with Moneybookers on FTP on the 9th, the same night, I made a withdrawal request of 1000$ (after sending them an email stating I wanted it cashed out on Moneybookers since I made a succesfull deposit). Yesterday the 10th, my withdrawal has been voided and no email explaning why??

1) Why can't they at least send an email stating the reason it has been voided
2) Why the hell has it been voided?

I sent an email this morning, but as usual I'll get a response in like 12-24 hours.

This is great and seems up to par with a typical FTP response e-mail. I do not understand why so many seemingly intelligent people still ship their dough to FTP. Is it not obvious that Stars is superior in every way to FTP, especially when it comes to support. How many times do some people have to burn their hand before taking it out of the fire?

Might be a 48 hour deposit to withdrawal rule like Stars and AP. How did you get the $1000K there, by deposit and playing it up or transfer? Is this your first withdrawal there?

Well you can rule out botting because that is 100% ok on FT.

No, I made several deposits/withdrawals from FTP in the past. I had that money since I won the Monday 1K$ a while ago, so it's not like I'm a new customer to them. I don't think they have a 48-hour policy because in the past I was able to deposit/withdraw in the same day (Neteller days ).

CASE CLOSED. It appeared I had a 2nd account and they stopped the cashout because of that. Now that my other account (that I didn't even think I had) is closed, I guess my future cashouts will go through as usual.
