I assume hand 2 is an easy cbet, not sure about hand 1. Vilain in hand 2 is 30/18/2.5 over 300 hands. villain in hand 1 is 28/7/.6 over 1.8k hands. I have a standard tag image.

I would bet the flop for around 24$ and fold to a raise, putting no more $ in if he happens to just call my raise I think. Hand 2 I just make default c-bet in 3bet pot for like 18$.

Hand 1 bet 30 on flop

Why? To make 22 fold and Ax call (note: SARCASM)? I guess there's a club draw, but come on...Aces are going nowhere and betting near pot here is just silly. Not only that, but the pot is protected. I c/f here pretty often.

In hand 2, bet about $15.

Against the described opponent in hand 1 (super passive), check flop. Hand 2 as you mentioned is an easy c-bet.
