What is the going rate for compensating Affiliate managers (inhouse)

I am looking to add an Affiliate Manager to our inhouse marketing. After asttending the CAC, it is apparent that "orphaned" US players may be available through affiliates. However, we need a person to market to the affiliates full-time and maintain good relations.

Third Party management companies exist, and some do an excellent job and have a good reputation. I know what they charge.

What I do not know is what an in-house poker affiliate manager gets for compensation, base/percentage/bonuses ....
