Full Tilt - rakeback

I signed up for a Full Tilt account about 6 months a go but never cashed into it. Thought about it but wanted to do more research and ran well on my usual site. Now I am going to buy into Full Tilt with the 100% bonus promo but can I get rakeback or did I need to set up my original account with rakeback? Need it for future reference if I sign up at other sites. Thanks for your help
