Default Noooooooooooooooooooo

Villain is 35/20. My gut feeling is that he is bad. But that's always my initial assumption when I see lagtard-ish stats, and it's not trustworthy read. (I thought the same thing when I first saw MUCKEMSAYUHH at 2/4, lol.)

it took me a while to figure out why one of my buddylisted fish was always 8-12 tabling 1k or 2k tables.

on the hand, you gotta bet the river. i dont know how he could be full, wouldnt this player always raise a set or two pair somewhere earlier in the hand?

Can he call $385 on the turn with any made hand worse than aces up? He can't have an ace with a flush draw. He might call turn raise with KsQs/KsJs/4s5s, but presumably those won't call river, unless I bet ridiculously small.

It may sound like the lamest thing ever, but I'd check the river quite a bit there with these stack sizes.

Check the river.

To call the turn raise he has to have a strong hand, especially given that you get extra respect for being UTG.

The most likely hand he has is A(K-T), some other hands are possible but none of these will call. All of the aces are equally likely from a hand combination sense, so there is no value in betting because we beat AQ/AJ and AK/AT beat us. Moreover, from the way he played the hand we have to give some weight to AT. EDIT: or 44 perhaps.

I don't see him having better then A4,AT here if he has us beat tho.
I don't expect a LAG to lead the turn with Aces up or a set then only call the turn reraise. But who knows maybe he's a smart(!!) lag.
So basicly, he chk calls flop with set/two pair. leads turn but only calls reraise. THEN tries to chk raise the river.
Shiish, that's tricky.

I think I'm betting 700ish here and don't expect to get cr all that often really.

your right that his lack of river lead / turn 3-bet weakens his range somewhat. But I do believe he would simply call the turn raise with AT, esp. because we are UTG. He should be folding all weaker aces..... Hmmmmn

I think he would have bet river if he filled up. If he beats you he has AT, if not Aj/Aq
