Default TPTK trouble

Villain is 17/6 over 90 hands. Don't know much about him except that he hasn't played many hands this session. I usually 3-bet this preflop but because of his stats I decided to play it safe. Comments on all streets appreciated.

"Playing it safe" would be raising somewhere in the hand. Though it costs $$$ immediately, it saves money when you don't have to call down and see QQ+/TT. Without postflop reads, you really have no idea where you stand. As played, fold, but I think it's close. It's very possible he does this with AJ/99/JJ/AK/KQ, but equally likely you're getting taken to valuetown.

There is no way he is doing this with AJ/99/JJ/AK.

You might see a KQ once in a while but that can't way up for times you are behind here.

As played I think I could fold turn here and definitely river.

Furthermore I really don't like raising in this hand. What are you protecting against. Raising here will fold out hands you beat and nothing else.

QKspades is the only hand that legitly makes sense to me from tight tag.
THAT YOU BEAT of course.

I'd fold river. That's 4 streets of betting. What do you think a nit has here?

Though I generally fold this pf vs a pfr% of 6%.

I think folding preflop is way to tight.. keep in mind that it's only over 90 hands and I would still call over a larger sampel..

As played fold river

i would raise the flop, check behind on the turn and call or bet the river...depending on what he is doing and how much he bets...

fold to a 3bet on the flop.

if he just calls the flop and leads the turn i would think about folding...

what about his aggression factor ?

as played, fold the river. most of the time it's a set or KK+

Trouble begins preflop and gets bigger every streat. I think flop and turn are fine, but you have to fold river
