Default does anyone know how to turn an image shack icon in to my aim icon?

i'd like to do it if i can...

not sure, I use Trillian (with mixed results)

Save it to your computer.
Get photoshop or another picture editing tool and resize it. Then just upload it on aim like you would for any other picture.
