Default I should raise here, shouldnt I?

Brand new to NL Ring games. I have beaten games up to 3/6 6Max, and I do pretty good at tourneys. No real read here yet, the player doesnt seem horrible, but I am not sure I can judge horrible yet.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG ($29.65)
Button ($29.45)
SB ($20.80)
Hero ($29.65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB (poster) completes, Hero checks.

Raising flop is good idea. You either have best hand or draw to best hand. You're fine with getting all money in here.

ABSOLUTELY raise turn. 20 cards may come off you dont want to see on river to slow your action. You're ready to get it in here as well.

Am I going blind or is everyone not noticing hero can't raise the flop?
