Default Poker Drugs

Just curious to see what people are using out there to aid their poker game. I hear a lot of people talk about how much Adderall helps them focus. I've even heard of people who dont have ADHD who take it just for that reason specifically. Doesn't have to be prescription or illegal either. What about memory supplements like Ginkoba?

BEAT: Can't focus on poker for long periods of time
BRAG: I have access to any prescription drug I want
VARIANCE: I want to win the WSOP some day, but I don't want to go down in history as the Barry Bonds of poker.

caffiene works for me... I ussually order esspresso shots like once every 2 hrs and can play for about 36hrs until my play starts to really suck (sometimes its still ok though) I have some prior experience with adderol as i used to be perscribed it when i was in high school and it kind of sucks because it kills your appetite and you won't sleep. At least it did for me. And its often counter-productive because you might find yourself intently concentrating on something other than what you intended to. Like if i took it before poker I could easily see myself either getting into a conversation with someone and not paying attention to the game or like counting the ceiling tiles or something.

Adderall is very effective, but be aware of the fact that it is amphetamines. If you or people you are close to have a problem with speed, stay away from it.

Coffee + exercise is good too. I found regular exercise increases both my mental and physical endurance beyond anything else, cept maybe hard drugs.
