How to play the flop here? I really don't know what a donk like this means... jsut a try to draw sheep?

Is just called to see a save turn...
And how to play against his strong turnbet??
I thought for a while and than pushed with my last $ left because i think that an higher overpair will msot likly cr the flop and a mosnt will also don't bet this stong on the turn or?

I just thought that this line dosen't look like a better hand... and called also because there are so many draws out tehre... maybe he has something like AKh

This is why I don't reraise a substantial initial raise with a pair less than K K. Ideally you'd want to reraise him on this flop to see if he's c-betting but the pot's already so big that's basically committing your entire stack.

If you'd just called pf you would have been able to raise the flop and still get out if he comes back over the top.

As played, fold the turn

Flop: ($30.50) 3, 2, 4 (2 players)
MP bets $15, Hero calls $15.

I raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

25% of the cards that come on the turn are going to scare the hell out of you.

Worst advice ever. I'd raise slightly more preflop, call flop and fold turn. Raising flop is possible, but probably -EV as you are a dog to any sane range, once he calls your raise.
