Have to Push Here?
I figured at least one of UTG or CO had me beat on the flop but with the NF draw and FH draw, a push was the right move. Standard?

Re: Have to Push Here?
There is no question you are beat here. However against a random 56, you are a coinflip here so folding is out of the question. However, with such a good draw, your hand plays best with as many people in the pot as possible.
board: 4d3d2c ad2d4sqc 39.33% 56** 34.05% a5** 5.99% 33** 20.63% board: 4d3d2c ad2d4sqc 49.58% 56** 50.42% So I would just call here, and hope everyone else does as well. Also if you just call, you might get lucky and be able to see the river, when you could fold there if you missed. |

Re: Have to Push Here?
Nah, I think the push is good here. You're going to have a hard time getting an overcall from A5 anyway, so a push either cleans up your outs (if you get a set to fold) or gets a call anyway since almost no one can fold a naked 56 at this level.
Also, when you catch good, your opponents are drawing dead and can fold the turn whereas there are no turn cards that you'll be able to fold except for possibly a 3 in a multiway pot. |

Re: Have to Push Here?
Simple rule of thumb is that any time you have the NFD and it's not likely you have the best hand, you want to keep people in the pot.
