If he's been bluffing check has better +EV, if he hit something a valuebet is better. I guess this is read dependent, but i'd valuebet about t250.

A decent-sized value bet won't get called here unless he's got a ten, I think. So there are two possible approaches: Bet and hope that he's got the ten so he reraises you, or check and hope him to bet, then raise. With the first line you only win more than the current pot if he's got the ten. With the second line you might also win more if he decides to bluff or bet 88 (hoping to get a call by a 5). So the correct play at the river is to check.

I'd lead the flop for 60. Nobody's gonna put you on a 5.
