What sunscreen to use?

Hi
I’ve never been one to slather lotion on my body, but it’s come to my attention that I should be applying a daily sunscreen lotion. Which should I use? Assuming that I’m not going to be splashing around in the water, is there a good sunscreen that I can apply once in the morning and then forget about for the rest of the day? I’m not interested in one that paints my face white. I’m looking for something that blends in with my skin and maybe does a bit of extra good besides protecting me from the sun’s rays.
