Lead this flop. If the guy has a spade make him pay for it. Lead turn. c/f river.

I'd raise PF, even though your OOP after the flop. KQs is a good starting hand.

As played, I'd also bet the flop. You want to make him pay as he may be holding one spade and waiting for one more to drop.
