$15 stars turbo - are these pushes?

These are 2 hands i'm wondering if i should push or not. If there were antes i think it'd be easy pushes, but there's still a few ppl and it's only 100/200 so i'm wondering what kind of range i would need to push.

I would also shove the first with antes.

I think the first is a super thin shove with antes-- that is, if you put the SB and BB on a pretty tight range of ATs+, AJo+, 66+ or so, and the shortie button on a probably somewhat wider range, it comes to about .5 or .6%, which is about the minimum edge I wanna shove in a 16.

I'm not trying to pretend I know anything (I'm really asking for an explanation) but what is the difference between 22 and 44? If you get called it's going to be a coinflip regardless unless villian has exactly 33.

44 wins more often than 22 vs the range mostly due to the board counterfeiting the pair. 44 is a fav over QJo but 22 isnt
