Default Analysis from a big Database

I remember a while back, when I was playing 10/20 Fixed Limit, one 2+2er collected databases from winning players. The goal was to gather a large amount of hands to get a good sample size and then present statistics from those hands. I remember interest being very high at the time and personally, I like this kind of statistics and would really enjoy doing this again with No-Limit data.

This poll was constructed to investigate whether or not this would be of interest to anyone else apart from myself and whether or not people would be interested in contributing with hand-history files and or databases.

Sounds like a cool idea. I guess you should tell us where to send stuff?

these stats are already in a lot of books, or at least graphs on which you can see the rough value of all the hands.

I'm aware that there are databases collected from poker sites, using hands from all sites. However, my interest is to investigate the winning players, not everyone, in order to bring up a discussion about various stats - where winning players differ in their play style and where they are similar.
