Default NL Cash: When is it beatable?

I have heard a lot of really great players here on 2+2 claim that nl 100 is nearly unbeatable due to the rake.
My question is:

Is nl 200 then beatable, or is it only nl 400+ where you can consistently beat the rake?

Regards, youcan

It's only unbeatable if you're in a long back and forth match, which means you should probably be playing someone else. Most of the donkeys are happy to give away their stacks fairly quickly.
