'illegal' to deposit, illegal to withdraw?

From what I understand of the new law to be enacted banks and credit card companies cannot be used to deposit money online. My question is simply, can we withdraw money from online games through these sources? Ie if we allready have a solid bankroll online can we just continue playing and withdrawing or will that also become not possible in the near future when it becomes law.

It is not illegal for you to deposit and play poker online unless it is specifically illegal in your state, IE Washington.

Yeah...the federal laws make it illegal for financial institutions, so if you can trick them, you win!

It is not illegal for financial institution to accept a withdrawal. But as many have posted some banks for whatever reasons haven't accepted some withdrawals.
