I hate folding this in a steal situation but that is just a disgusting turn card.

yeah fold the turn but after this and your ace high call down hand I'm sensing a pattern. stop making big hands pf with marginal showdown hands that you could easily need to fold later. keep the pot small until you have a good one. let him bluff when you look weak.

if i not fold teh Flop i think this Turn is good card to fold because it hits 2 of his obv draws> think about folding the Flop too > if the Lag can raise gutters A high and sixes here you have to calldown imho but the J is one of teh worst possibel possible cards that can hit besides a T/8/6 or Ace so fold is okay

The problem with this is you are relying on very incomplete information when you try to make your "solid" folds later on in the hand. In other words, you'll make more mistakes if you don't 3-bet your pocket pairs against a blind steal. Always put the pressure on the other guy...make him beat you--don't ever be in a position where you can outthink yourself.

it just doesn't matter how you play it. you just have to be good at doing one or the other. its not like hes never going to cap 22 vs. your 3-bet. then you'll end up cfing AT4, KQ3, etc. i'm sure he'll also cap T9s/JTo/A2o and other junk as well.

this is why it's hard to play oop against wide ranges. there's no easy way around it. ideally you can just avoid playing at this table unless the guy is super bad anyway. otherwise you just take your lumps.
