Portland, OR 40oz Problems

Why doesn't anyone sell 40's in SW Portland? Is there an ordinance or something to keep the homeless on the other side of the bridge? If so, I think it's pretty safe to say its not working. I miss 40's. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

When I lived on Cap Hill in Seattle, my neighborhood was zoned too ghetto for 40s. It was a big let down the one time I wanted to be ironic and drink some Old English.
