Canadian with money on neteller still

I'm looking to make my last withdrawal from there but am wondering about the best way to do it. EFT or cheque and then to my local bank. Last time I got a cheque for 4190 usd and the rate at xe was about 90 dollars more than the bank gave me. Is there one option here that is clearly the best?

Clearly the best is to withdraw via US cheque and deposit in a US funds account, bypassing the exchange altogether.

2nd best is finding a financial institution that offers a competitive exchange rate.

3rd, and most convenient is EFT.
