Default Making deals at the final table...

I read Sklanky's tournament poker and his method of making deals. Seems more acurate but a little difficult to work out sometimes when there are multiple players. I also saw this deal making method:

Do you think it is fair? Have you seen any other deal making methods?

Thats deal seams legit, I dont play many tourneys but when I make a deal I liek to do a chip chop and then go from there ussally leaving a little to play for or if im a the shorty I want to get a little extra because my chips are worth more (Sklansky). Have good day
