SNGPT says shove atc here but does that really make since because blinds are gonna hit shorty next. I understand sngpt well but icm not to much so help would be nice. thanks.

Depends on big stacks calling range. If he is reasonably tight its an easy push. If he puts you on any two he is in position to spite call you with a big range. If he is calling 25%+ this is a fold.

ICM only analyzes in a vacuum. if CO had 400 chips (all in next hand) and button had the difference in chips, it would still be a push here, even though you might want to fold cuz BB next hand is all in.

SNGPT says is equal EV pushing or folding here...but it is certainly wrong because he knows nothing about ICM...he gave me good advice on my last holiday though...

SNGPT understands ICM. What it doesn't understand is how blinds force players all-in in -EV spots on average.

The reason you fold even when your expected equity (as calculated by ICM) increases from pushing, is because the other player is forced into a -$EV spot, which also improves your $EV.
