can maybe fold, but i lean towards calling and seeing what he does on the river and/or pushing here.

If I'm calling the turn, there is no way I am folding the river. I will be too committed at that point. The pot would be about 550 on the river with about 200 left.

i think you just answered your own question.

this seems like a set imo, a nit wouldn't overplay top pair like that

I fold the flop I think. I don't think he has JJ/Tx enough to make calling profitable. imo this is a set or maybe AA/KK very, very often.

i think he has either a set or a bluffing... nothing much else is out there. if you have any reason at all to believe that he might not have a set, you should go all in on the river. qq is just too strong (imo) in this situation that you should be worried about aa or kk...
bottom line - i'd lean towards going all the way.

Given that he's a nit I generally fold the flop. They have to work harder than setmining to get my action.

Is calling the flop raise and then going from there that bad? I agree that this looks like a set after the turn bet, but just from a flop raise, I don't think I can fold especially since it's so small.

I like a flop call in case he is trying to see where he is at with AT, would he call oop with it? Also, would he just call oop with AA/KK?

Also, a hand like 8h9h also got there so that makes it a bit easier to fold here on the turn, I definitely dont like flat calling turn and folding river.
