Default Why don\'t these current e-wallets have good customer support?

Just wondering why don't any of the current e-wallets have decent/good customer support? One theory is that they were taken by storm when NETeller pulled out so they got slammed with all of us Americans.

However, that was in January, they have had ample time to get that problem straightened out. I would like to know why Epassporte, MyWebbATM, and all the others have horrible/poor support. Thanks.

I understand that Audi but good customer support brings in more business right? Therefore, they would generate more money, no? I just think all of these e-wallets need MUCH better customer support. Maybe we should all mass e-mail them, and wait a month to get our responses [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

1. If they are having issues addressing customer issues (which they aren't see #2), they probably aren't concerned with growth at the moment.
2. They have the American Market by the cajones right now, seriously where else are you going to go if you want the services that they offer?

On a plus note, a good friend of mine finally got Epass this week and got his test deposits in his bank account in under 24 hours. Maybe it was just a huge influx of volume.

Maybe they're cheap and there isn't much competition.

There's really only three reasons why any business does anything.

1. Action A is more profitable than Action B
2. The decision maker is incompetent.
3. The decision maker is misinformed.
