Money lost during depost

So i made a deposit this morning for the bonus on AP. However, when transfering money from epassporte to AP it never made it. The ammount is out of my epassporte account, however the funs never reached my poker account. On epassporte it shows as "outstanding". Has anyone ever had this problem? I called AP of course and they said i needed to contact epassporte. I called Epassporte and waited on hold for 30m and gave up. So now im asking you, will the eventually go thru? And if not there seems to be nothing i can do about it.

Dont panic, there can be a lag. I doubt there is an issue. refer to epassporte threads for more info.

I have never experienced a lag before, and its been almost an hour now. How long do these "lags" take...

In the case of neteller about four months now....

just an update on this. 2 days later and still nothing. i have contacted epassporte twice and absolute five times. They both agree there was a deposit made for that amount however Absolute wont credit my account until their "reconcilations department" looks into it. This is really pissing me off, and frankly is the first problem i have had with Epassporte/AP. Any other suggestions on how to resolve this?
