Default QQ blind battle vs preflop LAG

I dont have any history with this player except what i have at this table. I have probably only played 50 hands or so with him here.

So far he has been very aggressive pre-flop. He has squeezed a number of times taking down the pot pre-flop, maybe 3 or 4. I 4 bet him from the blinds after he squeezed once taking down the pot. He has also re-raised in position a couple of times and i have 4 bet him to take down a pot.

So far nothing shown down.

he has about $100 left? I think checking and shoving are about the same here. His flop call is an overpair smaller than yours or a draw/combo draw hand often enough. I hate checking through when he'll call with a lot of his range, and the J is a pretty good card for us, since JJ isn't too likely I dont think and if we have AK/AQ we're still bluffing thus his 99 must be good still. And he can't fold getting 3:1 or so.

push, range is huge 3 handed in a blind battle.

just raise it preflop. he'll play back alot since he's a LAG and it's bvb. The LRR just makes it akward postflop imo.
