Default Accused of Collusion. Was this the optimal play?

I was accused of colluding on this play and I just want to make sure that I made the optimal play here. I think I should shove atc here to pick up limpers free chips, correct?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Collusion would have been to call and check it down ... no one would have said a word if you had done that

The BB is all in? I wouldn't do this.

maybe if the BB had like 200-300 chips, and you could pick up a significant amount of chips...here you are basically giving the BB a great chance at doubling, without any real gains yourself, i would probably call and check it down to try and eliminate him

Getting rid of "shorty" is much more +EV than the T30. Actually, I think that your play is incredibly stupid

Not sure if you realize it since other posts didn't really explain it, but by shoving you only automatically get the 30 chips from the limper, to gain the rest your 36o has to win against the short stack. If you lose the hand he is going to triple his stack which is horrible, so you should not be shoving here. 36o is horrible even against a random hand.

It's a really really bad play. You're likely to triple the short stack. You have 6 high and forced the button to fold.

Did you not notice that the BB was all in?

meh if we could assume button will almost never call here I think its good, I think his calling range is too wide to make this good, but people are looking at this the wrong way, you have 36% equity vs BB, if you fold out button you're getting better than 5 to 1 vs BB and if you lose you've still got 3 very short stacks with yourself only losing 270 compared to folding

It doesn't really matter if your play is good or bad....if you weren't colluding, then you weren't colluding. Making a bad play doesn't make it colluding.
