(3+40) Q-Q bad PF call?

Hi!

This is the first hand I play with villain (second hand of the sng) and I think that his range can only be a-a k-k q-q and a-k after the third raise. Did I play correctly or I should have folded to his raise? It looks a little bit weak I think..

shove pf in a 3.40. Sucks if he has KK-AA but QQ is an all in here.
