Default I shot 67 (-5) on Sunday - a golf BBV

Brag: Finally shot my first 66 (-5/Par 71) on the golf course on Sunday
Beat: included a Triple Bogey (+3)!!!
Beat+: Said Triple Bogey was on a Par 5 I usually Birdie!!!

Historical Life Golf Beat: I had a meh college golf career and was never good enough to go pro.
Present Life Golf Beat: I still am nowhere near good enough to play professionally.
Life Golf Variance: Won't count senior tour golf out in 25 years!

if i had a 2 minute conversation with you about golf i could probably confirm this is [censored], unless this course has a rating of like 110 shooting 67 with a triple assuming from the tips isn't "Present Life Golf Beat: I still am nowhere near good enough to play professionally."

You can't believe someone on 2+2 can shoot 67? haha. Just go to this post for more info. I posted it in a better forum.

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...=0#Post10196675

Believe it or not, 2 h'cappers who did play college golf can shoot decent scores from time to time. Why be an arse about it?

When I say "no where near good enough"? Do you actually know what that means?

No where near good enough is the difference between a scratch capper and a +2 capper. It's barely a shot in some cases! But, that is enough most of the time and often the difference between going pro and not.

How you find a 67 so unbelievable is beyond me. In fact, it's laughable.

We can talk golf anytime friend.

P.S. when i say no where near good enough. a scratch h'cap is "no where near good enough". in fact, i'd say a +2 capper is "no where near good enough".

yes i do know what no where near good enough means, im a pgm student and will be a pga member within a year, its not that i think shooting 67 is unbelieveable but a 67 that easily could be a 64 or lower is definately good enough to play professionally. where was this round played and please dont [censored] talk condescendingly to me because i almost certainly have a much larger wealth of golf knowledge than you do.

You honestly think just because I can shoot a score like that and EDIT: FWIW - it was a 66 -5 on a par 71 (not 67 as posted in the title....to my point, you honestly think just because I can shoot a -5 one time that makes me impirically good enough to play professionally?

lol!!!!!!!!!!

I know loooooooooooooooooooooads of players who shoot in the 60s who are NO WHERE neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeear good enough to play professionally.
