Betting like 700 on the flop makes this hand really easy to play. If you're going to play TP like this just fold PF.

I would bet the flop since you hit it. Probably check if you missed. If he had anything he would probably raise you on flop, unless he had AJ maybe.
Luckily you had a big stack and there was a pretty small stack. |
