Default AQ on button, reraise? C- bet the flop???

Opponent is 25/12 and is playing 8 tables at once. I have not seen anything good or bad about his play yet after 50 hands.

Should I reraise AQ on button? I think checking through on the flop was ok, but should I have raised the turn hoping for fold or free showdown?

I am constantly fighting the urge to raise with one pair hands. I should be trying to keep the pots small with these types of hands right?

Reraise preflop. Bet the damn flop in position when checked to, jeez. You let AK get there, I mean for this price I guess you can pay off river, but I hate this line.
