Default PL25 - PP flops OESD, shove or not to shove??

Villain is playing very laggish - 56/26/2 over approx 50 hands. I've seen him bet big with marginal hands on a couple of occasions (calling re-raises with Ace high after the flop is one that springs to mind).

PokerStars Pot-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG+1 ($23.90)
MP1 ($17.50)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($27.75)</font>
CO ($24.40)
<font color="#C00000">Button ($27.65)</font>
SB ($24.15)
BB ($23.15)
UTG ($6.30)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.1</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $1.10, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $0.85.

Flop: ($3.65) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $12.5</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

Ok so my thoughts here were that I either had to fold or shove. Pot odds wise (correct me if I'm wrong please!) I figured I would be betting approx $26 to win approx $57 so just about 2:1 odds. Whats your thoughts on this one?
