Default Tim Lincecum (and other prospects if you want...

but why would you. I'm an A's fan but what he's done so far is mindblowing. After yesterday's 6 IP 3 H 0 R 0 BB 14 K on 86 pitches performance, his season line reads:

5 GS, 31 IP, 4-0, 0.29 ERA, 12 H, 46:11 K:BB.

Anyone got any projections, comparables, limits for this guy?

My Yahoo fantasy league shows him as N/A for the SF Giants with no season stats... wtf?

Probably the best pitching prospect outside of the Majors right now.

I'm still really pumped about the Twins' multiple pitching prospects:
Liriano...

Matt Garza
Having some control problems so far this year and still:

4gs, 19ip, 2.8ERA, 18k

3. Kevin Slowey
So far in AAA this year:
3GS, 3-0, 18.2ip, 2er (.96 ERA), 20k, 1BB, OAVG .133

4. Scott Baker
4g (3gs) 2-0, 1sv, 23ip, 1.57era, 23k, 3bb, OAVG .188

Glen Perkins should be decent/good too.

When considering Slowey - have mixed optimism...he is a pure control/pitch to contact guy which don't always live up to their minor league hype at the major league level. Should be better than Ortiz or Ponson, though,(lol).

He can't handle a major league workload and he's too young and fragile.

That only applies to Phil Hughes.

I have him sitting on the bench in my fantasy league, ready for the call-up. I've read various articles saying that he would be better suited for relief work, and this is an option the Giants are considering... any opinions on this?
