greatest car crash songs
Rock music has a long and distinguished history of songs about car crashes. So give us your favorite! (motorcycles, busses, and other road vehicles count!)
My favorite, the grandmother of them all: Leader of the Pack by The Shangri-Las What a great song. It hit number 1 in '64. Of course, it reaches it's pinnacle at the "look out look look out" part right before the crash. It was also banned in the UK because they were fearful it would inspire violence between Mods and Rockers. Now that's a song! What's your choice for best car crash song? |

Re: greatest car crash songs
Are you counting New Wave hits? "Warm Leatherette" by The Normal is like a 4-minute version of the Ballard novel Crash.
